B3 – PC Game Review

B3 is a small indie game being developed by Psycho Robot Studios based out of Oregon. It was submitted to Steam Greenlight in the second half of last year, and was Greenlit back in February of this year. They do not have a set release date, since it is just a small two man team developing this game. I got to test out and play the PC demo today, which was just the story introduction and the first couple levels. Please note though, they also have Mac and Linux versions of this game for demo and that will be available on release. They’re giving the love to all three computer platforms, not just PC. The game is much more fast paced than what I would usually go for as a casual gamer, but I still enjoyed it and admired the work they’ve been able to do with just their small team on their own time. It ran smoothly, no lag, no hiccups nor any other issues; graphics are simple and smooth as well. B3 is something I will look forward to when it releases and hopefully buy to show my support for this team. While I am a casual gamer who likes to take her time and relax, I do still like something a bit more fast paced once in awhile and this game would fit nicely into that little niche.
