Grand Theft Auto (GTA) V (5) – Gaming Review

Grand Theft Auto (GTA) V (5) is the fifteenth game in the series developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. The game is set in the fictional state of San Andreas (California)in the city of Los Santos (Los Angeles).Personally it is my favorite GTA game they have produced. The story is told through three player-controlled protagonists whom the player switches between.

The first character you play as is Michael Townley or more commonly known by his alias Michael De Santa (after being placed in witness protection). Michael Lives in Rockford Hills (Beverly Hills) with his wife Amanda and two children Tracey and Jimmy. He is a retired bank robber who is returning to the life of crime.

The second playable character is Franklin Clinton, who lives in South Los Santos, he is a repo man but lives a life of petty crime. He is introduced to Michael and is proposed “business” opportunities. Franklin wants to get off the streets and live a better life away from the slums by striking it rich with a couple of big heist with Michael.

The third playable character is Trevor Philips, Trevor is a Crazy, drug abusing, ex-military pilot who lives in a trailer out in the desert. Trevor and Michael were partners in crime before Michael was placed into witness protection.

This game is full of suspense and will leave you hanging onto the edge of your seat wanting to learn more of this eventful story. This GTA has a wonderful online mode which is capable of hosting sixteen players. The single player story mode is similar to other GTA games but with a couple new twist, I personally enjoy the ability to free roam the entire game without being forced to do the missions. This game is endless and there is always fun to be had, whether running from the police in a high speed pursuit to skydiving, this games has it all!

This is defiantly one of the best games I have played in a while very suspenseful and will leave you not wanting to set the controller down. If you enjoyed any of the previous GTA games you will absolutely love this one, I recommend this game to all of my friends it is defiantly one that any gamer must play!
