Office Christmas Party (2016) – Movie Review

Movie Review –

So… Right before the Christmas Holiday, we had the time to swing in and see the comedy film Office Christmas Party (2016). It has taken me a little bit to decide if I should even post a review on the film, while at the same time I felt it is probably best to go ahead and do so. Office Christmas Party looked to be a very funny comedy to kick off the holidays with a ton of laughter. The trailer and the marketing shed light on this film like it was to be as funny as the “Hangover” while brought to you by the team that made “Horrible Bosses”. Well to put it mildly Office Christmas Party (2016) didn’t compare to either of those films.

Office Christmas Party was a semi-fair film. It wasn’t horrible and it wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. I think I smiled twice during the film as the funny sections of the movie just really didn’t have the affect it should’ve. This movie has a great line up of really well known actors and actresses, most of them are held in high regard for their amazing performances in other films; they did do well as their characters within this film but the ending result is something just didn’t fall into place for the film to be as funny as it was put out to be.

In short, the movie was a fairly made comedy.

Our Rating based on 1-5 Stars: 3 stars
